- Undertaking under oath to bring along one’s sons.
A declares under oath (tamû) by Bēl, Nabû and Darius to B that he will bring (abaku) his two sons (C1 and C2) by the 1st of Second Addar (XIIb). The reason is indicated but broken off*. He will bear the guilt of a transgression against the king (hīṭu ša šarri šadādu) and [...] if he fails to do so. Names of 7 witnesses. The scribe is Širku/Iddinaya//Egibi (=Marduk-nāṣir-apli/Itti-Marduk-balāṭu//Egibi).
