Paraphrase | Receipt for silver. Payment for a debt and return of promissory note. Concerns the promissory note for a debt of 5 5/6(*) shekels of medium quality silver of which 1/8 is alloy, that B owes to A, slave of C. It does not include something which is lost in a broken passage. D1 und D2, A’s messengers, receive (eṭēru) the silver together with its interest from B. They have promptly returned the promissory note related to the payment for A to the debtor (târu-nadānu). Names of 4 witnesses and the scribe. (*) Or: 5 1/3 (?).
