Paraphrase | Receipt of silver among family members. Paid on behalf of the family head by his son to his brother. For military equipment and travel provisions. Reference to a previous settlement of their qinayātu-duties. A receives (mahāru) 1 mina of medium quality silver, of which 1/8 is alloy, from B. It is the share (zittu) that is due from C, his father. This amount of silver is paid instead of (kūm) providing for the equipment of a military expedition (rikis qabli) and the travel provisions (ṣidītu) for the period till the end of Addar of the 36th year of Darius. The parties to the contract have taken one copy of the document each. They (already) arranged in mutual agreement (itti ahāmeš šakānu) their qinayātu-duty, which is in addition (elat) to the aforementioned duties. Names of 5 witnesses and the scribe.
