Paraphrase
Dialogue document regarding the adoption of a grandson with bequest: A approaches B1 and fB2 with the request to adopt C, their 3-year-old son. They grant the request (šemû, iš-še-[mu-ú⌉) to A and give him C for adoption (ana mārûti). A makes over to C prebendary income, viz., the heads of purified sheep (immeru ubbubu), [the epigastrium? (karšu)], the allotment (isihtu) of sheep, [... ...] for the whole year, all that is before [Papsukkal] of Bīt-Bēlet-Eanna by the canal of Ešasurra before Išhara, and 1.1.4 kor planted and arable field, which is on the iltuk of the riv[er?] next to the property of Bēl-iddin//Arad-[Bēl/Nabû] and next to the nār-Kaldu, next to the Harru-ša-Ninurta. 5 witnesses “are present at the sealing”, and the scribe (Bāniya/Sūqāya//Bēl-eṭēri).
