Paraphrase Purchase of a slave: B sells fC to fA for 2 minas 52 shekels of cut silver of 1/8 alloy. The price is paid. A clause follows concerning D’s responsibility for fC, such as her not being of the status of a royal slave (pūt lā amat šarrūti) or a free citizen (lā mār banûti), clearance of legal implications (murruqu) and claims (lā paqāru). 12 witnesses, including 1 witness added later, and the scribe (Ṭāb-ṣilli-Marduk//Rab-banê).
