- Oath concerning the holding of a lawsuit: B1 swears (tamû) to A1 by Bēl, Nabû and the king of Babylon that he will bring along (abāku) his father B2 to Sippar on the 22nd of Addar (XII). There he shall litigate (dabābu) with A1 about (ana muhhi) the flock (ṣēnu) of A2, A1’s father, which is at the disposal of B2. In case B2 does not litigate with A1, he will pay according to the verdict the judges (dayyānu) give (dânu). 2 witnesses and the scribe.
