Lease of a house in Babylon: A rents out to B an annex house (bīt ṭīpi) for 10 shekels of silver with stamp-mark (kaspu ša ginne) rent (idū) per year. The rented house borders on the houses of the lessor and C. The lessee shall pay one half share of the rent (ahi kaspi) at the beginning of the year and the remainder (rēhtu) in the middle of the year. 1+ witnesses and the scribe. Each party has taken a copy.
