Paraphrase: Lease of land: The tenant A rents out for cultivation (ana errēšūti nadānu) to B₁ 30 square kor (405,000 m²) of arable land (zēru), located in the crown land (nakkandi šarri) of Bar-tibni, which is part of the lease of the rent farmer (ina muhhi sūti) C of the hazātu (mng. unclear). The leased land consists of the bīt ritti-land of D₁, the bīt ritti-land of B₁ and his brothers and 10 square kor (135,000 m²) of the bīt ritti-land of D₂. A will provide barley seed (uṭṭatu ša zēri) and he has to pay (eṭēru) the share (zittu) of the king. B₁ and B₂ will provide the oxen and the farmers (ikkaru). They guarantee (pūtu našû) for working the land (epēšu) and for the guard of the land (maṣṣartu).
