Paraphrase Purchase of land: A purchases a third share (zittu) of the hanšû-land belonging to C for 2 1/2  shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) from B1 and B2 (though only B1 acts as an active contractual partner). The sold share of land is located within the share of D and extends from the Borsippa Canal to the dam (kilâtu). It measures 18 square cubits (31.5 m2). The transaction is concluded before (ana mahar) the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Borsippa (Nabû-šumu-uṣur//Ilia) and the bishop (šatammu) of Ezida (Nabû-nādin-šumi//Nūr-Papsukkal), also defined as temple-enterer (ērib bīti) of the Nabû Temple. 3 witnesses (including Nabû-damqi, another member of the Iddin-Papsukkal Family) and the scribe, also identified as the writer of the sealed tablet (šāṭir kunukki).
