Mušēzib-Marduk/Kiribtu(//Sîn-nāṣir) (MM) purchases unbuilt land (bīt kišubbî) from Nanāya-uballiṭ/Nabû-šumu-iškun (NU) and Aplāya/Dannāya (A).

The plot measures 100 × 100 cubits. It is adjacent to the wide street, the thoroughfare of the god and the king, the grove of MM and the house plots of Bēlani/Ērešu(//Šangû-Ninurta) and Zākiru, the leatherworker(?).

56 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as the purchase price. It is received with a supplementary payment (atru) of 2 shekels, either included or added to the total (adi). NU and A relinquish any future claims on behalf of their households.

Purchase of a house: A purchases an empty house plot (bītu kišubbû) for 56 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu), together with an additional payment (atru) of 2 shekels of silver, from B₁ and B₂. The upper side and the lower side of the land border on the houses of C₁ and C₂. Its upper front borders on the thoroughfare (mūtaqu) of the god and the king and its lower front on an orchard already owned by the buyer. The cardinal directions are not preserved. It is a square plot, each side measuring 100 cubits (50 m). The transaction is concluded in the presence of (ina uzuzzi) the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk (Nabû-ušabši). 9 witnesses and the scribe. Fingernail impressions (ṣupru) of the sellers.
