Paraphrase Transfer of property: A voluntarily (ina hūd libbišu) transfers (dagālu Š) a house and a garden, located at the Gate of Bīt-hašu, for 2/3 to his mother-in-law fB1 as well as fB2 and for 1/3 to his wife fB3. The transaction is concluded in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Borsippa (Nabû-zēru-līšir//Arkāt-ilāni-damqāti) and the bishop (šatammu) of Ezida (Nabû-zēr-Bābili-ukīn//[…]). 6 witnesses and the scribe, also identified as writer of the sealed tablet (šāṭir kunukki). According to an additional clause, fB1 will take the interest (ṣibtu) in case fB2 refuses to be in the service (našpartu alāku) with her. In case fB1 dies, the 2/3 of the house and the field will be handed over to fB2.
