Letter of Nidinti-Šamaš (/Šamaš-mūkin-apli//Šangû-Šamaš, scribe, ṭupšarru) to the High Priest (of Eanna, šatammu), “his father”, answering a message about a tent, informing the recipient that the Royal Overeer (qīpu) is not there, but has taken all workers with him to dig a canal.

Letter of Nidinti-Šamaš to the bishop: In connection with tents (zaratu), which the bishop (šatammu) has sent, Nidinti-Šamaš informs him that all the workmen (ṣābu) are with the royal resident (qīpu) for digging a canal (hirītu).
