Paraphrase

Lâbâši/Gudādû owes 6 shekels of silver to Ibni-Ištar/Bēl(?)-ušallim(//Kurī) (or: Ibni-Ištar/Nabû-ušallim) (II).

An unspecified prebend performed before Nanāya is plegded as security (maškanu) from the 12th day of m.VIII onwards. The debt bears no interest and (the prebendary service) yields no surplus (utru).
