Oath concerning the payment of debts: B swears (tamû) to A by Bēl, Nabû and the king of Babylon that he will pay (eṭēru) him a broken amount of silver, capital sum (qaqqadu) and interest (hubullu), on the 25th of Simān (III). The payment will be according to (akî) what is provided in the promissory note (u’iltu) that C, who is in a business partnership (harrānu) with [PN], holds against D. The remainder of the tablet is destroyed.
