Paraphrase
Partly broken dialogue document concerning a settlement about a promissory note: By order or (ina pî) a certain C (perhaps the father of the mayor), A approaches (mahāru) the priest (šangû) of Sippar (Marduk-šumu-iddin) because of a promissory note (u’iltu) concerning 15 minas of silver which has been declared(?) by the mayor (hazannu) of Sippar (Šamaš-ibni/Nabû-uṣalla) to B. According to a broken passage, B probably needed it for a trip to Uruk. B will bring the promissory note to the mayor in Tašrīt (VII). The judicial settlement (purussî dīnu) took place in the names of the priest of Sippar, the temple enterer (ērib bīti) of Šamaš (Bēl-aplu-iddin//Šangû-Sippar), two more individuals and the scribe.

A = Šamaš-ibni/Nabû-nāṣir//Ṣāhit-sattukki; B = Šamaš-aplu-uṣur/Bānia//Pahhāru; C = Nabû-uṣalla; Scribe = Arad-Bēl/Bēl-ušallim//Adad-šamê
