Oath concerning the payment of silver: B swears (tamû) to A1 by Bēl, Nabû and the king of Babylon that on the 1st of Ṭebēt he will come (alāku) and draw up the accounts (nikkassu epēšu) of the flock (ṣēnu), the wool and the donkeys according to (akî) the promissory note (u’iltu) of A2 and the accounts of the ½ mina of silver due from him – in this case there is no promissory note. He will pay (eṭēru) the silver to A1. 6 witnesses (including Šamaš-ahu-iddin/Nabû-nāṣir//Ṣāhit-ginê) and the scribe.
