- Summoning of a debtor: Until (adi) the end of Ayyār (II) C will bring along (abāku) B to A1 in Sippar in order to draw up the accounts (nikkassu epēšu) of the herd (lahru), the shorn wool (gizzatu), the offspring (tamlittu) and the donkeys. If C does not bring B, he has to pay according to the promissory note (u’iltu) of A2 charged against (ina muhhi) B. All this is apart from (elat) the previous deadline (adannu). 3 witnesses and the scribe.
