Paraphrase Gift of property by a woman to her sons in return for lifelong maintenance
fA, out of her own free will, issued a sealed document in which she donated some of her assets (kanāku – dagālu Š) to her eldest son B1. The assets in question are: (1) the 60 shekels of silver that are deposited in her name with C, consisting in part of the 35 shekels of silver that D1 owes her, and for which his house has been taken as pledge, and in part of the 20 shekels of silver that  fD2 owes her; (2) the 1;0.2 kor of arable land (zēru) located at the canal (nāru) to Kiš and part of her dowry.
fA also donated 1½ minas and 6 shekels of her silver to her four other sons (B2-5), and although B1 was not present at this donation (ina lā ašābi) he agreed not to contest it (dabābu). B1's title over the assets that had been donated to him is confirmed. As long as his mother lives, he has to maintain (kurummatu) her with the interest on the silver he received and provide her with clothing (muṣiptu). She is not allowed to donate (ana rīmūti râmu) anything from what she gave to him, or make any deductions from it (nishu nasāhu). He is not obliged to pay off (eṭēru, wr. ul iṭṭir) (his mother's) creditors. Names of 3 witnesses, and in the presence (ina ašābi) of fB6, B1's sister; name of the scribe: Marduk-erība/Rēmūt-Gula//Miṣirayyu.
