- The tablet opens by stating that these are the witnesses before whom (ina pānišunu) A brought (našû) a promissory note (u’iltu) holding it as proof against B (ana muhhi). They read in it (šasû) “charged against B” (ina muhhi). Names of 4 witnesses, no scribe. No place of issue, but dated.
