Summon of a witness(?). Very fragmentary. Dated.
The tablet is in such a poor status of preservation so that it is not possible to provide a complete translation. The first couple of lines envisage the case in which (ina ūmi) a witness (mukinnu) would come to testify (alāku - kânu D). The names of 2 individuals (of which only the first one, Nergal-ibni, is still fully readable), the 41th year, 10 oxen and the Lady of Uruk are also mentioned in this context. On the reverse there were the names of at least 3 witnesses and the scribe: Ištar-zēru-ušabši/Balāssu//Damiqu.
