Summon of a witness. Fragmentary. Dated.
On the day that (ina ūmi) a witness (mukinnu) or an informer (bātiqu) comes up and testifies (alāku - kânu D) against Nabû-nādin-abi/Balṭia (NNA), from the fold (qabuttu) of the Lady of Uruk which is under the responsibility of .../Šumu-iddin […] (big gap, only a few signs can be read on the tablet).
Rest of the obverse and beginning of the reverse broken off.
NNA shall pay to Eanna thirtyfold the amount the witness testifies.
The document was drafted in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) Sîn-iddin, the Royal Resident (qīpu) of the Eanna.
Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe: Gimillu/Zēria.

Rest of the obverse and beginning of the reverse broken off. The only readable words refer to the witness(es) and to an unknown amount multiplied 30 times. The document was drafted in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) Sîn-iddin, the royal commissioner (qīpu) of the Eanna. Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe: Gimillu/Zēria.
