Summon of a witness. Fragmentary. Dated.
As soon as (ina ūmi) a witness (mukinnu) or an informer (bātiqu) will come to testify (alāku - kânu D) against A, from the fold (qabuttu) of the Lady of Uruk which is under the responsibility of someone whose name is lost in a lacuna (B) […] (big gap, only a few signs can be read on the tablet). Rest of the obverse and beginning of the reverse broken off. The only readable words refer to the witness(es) and to an unknown amount multiplied 30 times. The document was drafted in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) Sîn-iddin, the royal commissioner (qīpu) of the Eanna. Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe: Gimillu/Zēria.
