Paraphrase | List of shares in the offerings allotted to prebendaries(?). Fragmentary. The tablet is in a poor state of preservation, with the beginning and end of the obverse as well as the entire reverse missing. The preserved text on the obverse registers, in at least 3 columns (without vertical gridlines): amounts measured in kor (i), (disbursement for the) months (ii), (for/from the offerings) before (pāni) the gods (iii), and probably also (iv) the names of the prebendaries who received the goods(*). The entries are separated from each other with horizontal lines. The left edge is inscribed with 4 severely damaged lines: one can only identify the broken names of two individuals, 0;2.3 kor (c. 90 l) of barley and the same amount of emmer that were given for (ša) the arrangement (riksu) of the bronze kettledrum (lilissu, reconstructed). In the last preserved line only the name of Nanāya-iddin can be read. Probably dated to Nbn or Nbk (*) For this type of texts, cf. AUWE 5 78 (Pfrundentext SWU typ, maššartu-lieferung) and Joannès 1982 (TEBR), 209ff. |
