Note on the issue of barley as fodder for birds. No date but probably circa yearr 6 Darius
This small tablet registers the Eanna’s disbursement of barley, to be used as fodder (kisattu) for birds, detailed as follows: 0;1.1 ½ kor (c. 45 l) are given (no verb) for 15 ducks (paspasu) from the 21th of Šabāṭ (XI) onwards; 0;0.2 ½ (c. 15 l) for 5 fertile ducks (paspasu ālittu) from the 24th of Šabāṭ (XI) onwards; 0;0.2 ½ (c. 15 l) for 4(?) geese (kurkû) from the 23rd of Šabāṭ (XI) onwards.
