Tabulated list of personal names (temple personnel?). Fragmentary.
The large tablet was organised in a tabulated form in at least 3 columns; in this fragment, only the names of 10 individuals (once written with their affiliations, now lost) are extant.
On the basis of the onomastics, Gehlkin suggests identifying these men with shepherds and workmen.
