Paraphrase Fulfilment of a dowry promise. Receipt of silver instead of a share in a building plot.
Concerns fA2 dowry. Her father (B) still owes her and her husband (A1) [x] minas of silver, the equivalent (šimu) for (a share in) the building plot (qanû), which he apparently promised to give as part of her dowry. In addition (elat), he also owes her 5 minas out of the 18 minas of (promised) dowry silver, as well as the 10 slaves (amēluttu)  and household utensils that are still with him.  In addition (elat) to a dowry, B handed out a sealed document in which he transferred (kanākunadānu) one third (šalšu) of his property (nikkassu) to A1 via (itti) fA2. The house in which B resides (ašābu), C, his son, will inherit (NÍ TA BI, Wunsch 1993, 114) (or: he [B] has contractually assigned to C, ir!-ta-kás [rakāsu], Roth, JAOS 111 (1991), 21 n. 4).
A1 and fA2 acknowledge their receipt (mahāru) of the silver for fA2's share (pūt zittišu) in the building plot on which B resides. Names of 3 witnesses, including Nabû-ahhē-iddin/Šulaya//Egibi, the father of A1 and the scribe: Šāpik-zēri/Nabû-šumu-iddin//Nādin-še'im.
