Sîn-šarru-uṣur (SŠU), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, brings Gimillu/Innin-šumu-ibni, overseer of remainders (ša muḫḫi rēḫāni) of sheep, goats, and cattle of Ištar of Uruk, before officials (qīpānu) and freemen (mār banî) who gathered in the granary (bīt karê). He wants to pass to G instructions (ṭēmu) concerning records of remainders (ṭuppi ša rēḫāni) of sheep, goats, cattle, and birds, which G was expected to collect (esēru) and bring (erēbu Š) to Eanna from the steppe. G runs away from the assembly sitting (puḫru) in the granary, but he is apprehended at the granary gate.

The assembly comprises 8 members: Imbia/Nanāya-ēreš//Kidin-Marduk (I), governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk; Silim-ilī (SI), royal courtier (ša rēš šarri), Keeper of the (Royal) Box (ša muḫḫi quppi) in Eanna; Bēl-eṭēri-Nabû, royal courtier (ša rēš šarri) appointed (paqādu) in Eanna; and Amurru-šarru-uṣur/Talīmu, alphabetic scribe (sēpiru) of Eanna.

2 scribes: Arad-Marduk/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Bēl-aplu-uṣur and Marduk-nāṣir/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigûa.

There are 5 seal impressions with accompanying captions on the tablet; 1 caption is partly damaged. The sealers were: I (AUWE 18 120, rev.), Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibi, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna (AUWE 18 104, rev.), SŠU (AUWE 18 50, rev.), SI (AUWE 18 66, r.h.e.), unknown sealer (AUWE 18 51, u.e.). 

In an assembly of Imbiya/Nanāya-ēreš//Kidin-Marduk, šaknu of Uruk, Silim-ili, royal financial overseer (ša rēš šarri ša muḫḫi quppu ša Eanna), Bēl-ēṭir-Nabû, royal overseer (ša rēš šarri ša ina Eanna paqdu), Amurru-šarru-uṣur/Talīmu, temple scribe (sēpiru), Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/Ina-Esagil-zēri//Awīl-Ea, Nādinu/Balāṭu//Ēkur-zākir, Nanāya-iddin/Innin-aḫḫē-iddin//Bēl-usat, Anu-aḫḫē-iddin/Nabû-nādin-zēri//Kurī, officials (qīpanū) and mār bānê, Sîn-šarru-uṣur, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, summons Gimillu/Innin-šumu-ibni, the man responsible for the arrears of small and large temple cattle, and orders him to bring those he had taken and received (illegally). Gimillu tries to run, but is captured. The protocols are underwritten by Arad-Marduk/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Bēl-aplu-uṣur and Marduk-nāṣir/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigû’a, both temple scribes, and bear the seals of Sîn-šarru-uṣur and Nabû-mukīn-apli, Imbiya, Silim-ili, and a third person, likely another member of the assembly, though his name is lost.
