Paraphrase

Acknowledgment of debt of Šūlaya/Sîn-iddin-šumi, plowman (ikkāru) and temple oblate (širku) to the Treasury of Eanna. He owes 26 (text: 24) empty beer jars, 14 from the residents (aššabē) of Naṣibata, 2 from the residents of Birata, and 10 from the plowman (ikkāru) of his service. He has four days to deliver them to Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, in Udannu, not including the leftovers in his possession. Three witnesses and Gimillu/Innin-zēru-ibni, the scribe.
