Paraphrase | Order for a monthly inspection of archers. Šamaš-mudammiq/Ina-tēši-ēṭir and Anu-mukīn-apli/Nanāya-iddin, temple oblates (širkū), are in charge of 50 oblates serving as archers at lookout posts (kadānu). Each month they are to check them – not counting the daily workers of Innin-ālik-pāni – and return them to Šamaš-ēriba, leader of the lookout posts, and Šaddapi, the Ḫarzibean. Four witnesses and Nabû-mukīn-apli/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Balāṭu, the scribe. |
