After Nidintu/Nanāya-aḫu-iddin talked to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, about 4 male kalūmu-lambs and 3 male kids marked with the star symbol from the fold (qabuttu) of his father, a herdsman (nāqidu) of the Lady of Uruk, NAI sends 3 oblates (Libluṭ, Iddināya/Nabû-ēṭir-[…], and Ina-ṣillāya) searching for them. They bring back the 7 head of sheep and goats in question, and another male kid marked with the star symbol from the house of Innin-zēru-ušebši, who confesses his guilt (eli ramni kânu D).

Report of theft. Four star-marked lambs and three goat kids from the herd of Nanāya-aḫu-iddin/Nergal-ina-tēšî-ēṭir, herdsman (nāqidu), were reported stolen by the his son, Nidintu, to Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. The chief administrator sent the oblates, Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Libluṭu, Iddināya/Nabû-ēṭir-napšatu, and Ina-ṣilliya, to look for them and they brought back one of the animals, a young goat, from Ištar-zēru-ugammir, who confesses. Witnessed by Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. Two further witnesses and Šamaš-mukīn-apli/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigû’a, the scribe.
