Report of theft. Four star-marked lambs and three goat kids from the herd of Nanāya-aḫu-iddin/Nergal-ina-tēšî-ēṭir, herdsman (nāqidu), were reported stolen by the his son, Nidintu, to Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. The chief administrator sent the oblates, Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Libluṭu, Iddināya/Nabû-ēṭir-napšatu, and Ina-ṣilliya, to look for them and they brought back one of the animals, a young goat, from Ištar-zēru-ugammir, who confesses. Witnessed by Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. Two further witnesses and Šamaš-mukīn-apli/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigû’a, the scribe.
