Arad-Bēl/Šarru-ukīn, chief of flocks (rab būli) of sheep and goats of the Lady of Uruk, swears by Bēl, Nabû and the adê of the king to Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, that by the 30^th day of m.VIII he will bring (abāku) the adult and young goats from the sheep and goats of the Lady of Uruk, which are due from the herdsmen (nāqidu) under his command, who were sent out (šuṣû) in Camb. 02, that he will give (nadānu) these animals in (tp)Abanu to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī (NMA), High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and NAI, and that he will pay (eṭēru) the rams and male lambs for the regular offering (ginû) of the Lady of Uruk and the (other) gods in Eanna until the end of m.IX. Non-compliance will result in the king’s punishment (ḫīṭu clause).

Oath of Arad-Bēl/Šarru-kīn, overseer of the cattle (rab būli). He swears by the gods and the adê of the king to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, that within 5 days he will bring the goats of his herds, currently at the disposition of the herdsmen under his command (ṣāb qātia), to Abanu to give them to the officials together with the sheep intended for the regular offerings of Eanna for the month of Kislīmu. If he fails to do so, he will incur the king's punishment (ḫīṭu). Three witnesses and Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin, the scribe.
