Paraphrase

Itti-Nabû-balāṭu/Tabnēa//Ur-Nanna* owes 150;0 dates, impost (imittu) of a field at the sluice (bitqu) gate, property of Eanna, part of the rent (sūtu) of Ardia/Nabû-bān-aḫī//Rēmūt-Ea. He will pay in m.VIII in the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk in one installment. He will also give standard additional payments, a monetary fee (kaspu ša ḫabi uḫīni) and the “allowance”-fee (kurummatu).

Promissory note for 150 kurru of dates, an impost (imittu) owed by Itti-Nabû-balāṭu/Tabnēa//Ur-Nanna, pertaining to the rent farm (ša sūti) of Ardiya/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Rēmūt-Ea, to be delivered in one month together with related products. Three witnesses and Marduk-šāpik-zēri/Balāṭu//Miṣirāya, the scribe.
