Zabdī, the Arab (Arbāya) will bear the punishment (ḫīṭu) of Gubāru, Governor (paḫātu) of Babylonia and (tp)Across-the-River (eber nāri), when he is seen with (f)Aḫāt-abīšu, a novice oblate (zakītu) of the Lady of Uruk.

Injunction to Zabdiya “the Arab” (Arbāya). He cannot continue to associate with Aḫāt-abīšu, a dependent (zakītu) of Eanna, or he will bear the punishment (ḫīṭu) of Gubaru, the governor of Babylon and Transeuphrates. Three witnesses and Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin, the scribe.
