Court judgement regarding the tasks and the connected prebend of Anu-nādin-šumi/Ištar-aḫu-iddin//Itinnu, porter (atû) of the Bīt akīti of Ištar. He had fled and left the building unguarded and as a consequence the bronze hooks of the doors of the inner cellas and the bronze mountings of the wooden stand of the ḫarû-container of the Lady of Uruk were taken away. Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, temporarily assigned a temple oblate (širku), Eanna-šarru-uṣur, to the position of porter, but was then contacted by Innin-mukīn-apli/Itti-Šamaš-balāṭu//Itinnu, Anu-nādin-šumi’s paternal cousin, who asked to take up both the watch and the prebendary duties (including bringing the sacrificial meals to the altars), as well as the privileges connected therewith.
