Paraphrase

Presentation of Lâbâši/Arad-Ištar, a fugitive oblate (širku), to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. He had been in the private employ of Inṣabtu/Balāṭu, wife of Ištar-mukīn-apli/ Ištar-bēlšunu, who is warranted for by (her brother?) Nidintu/Balāṭu, who is himself covered by Gimillu/Ištar-zēru-ibni.
