Nabû-šumu-iddin/Nanāya-ēreš (NŠI) concludes a lease contract for date cultivation (nukaribbūtu), which is phrased as a dialogue. He asks Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī (NMA), High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna for arable land (zēru) planted with young date palms within the arable land that is property of Eanna, located by the (tp)Ḫarri-kibbi (nār ḫarri kibbi) in the land-concession (bīt ritti) of his father, and promises to dig canals  and to plant palm trees therein. NMA approves of this. He repeats the given information about the land, and adds contractual clauses. Guarantee for standing guard, caretaking of the palm trees, doing field-work and planting palm trees. Also, NŠI is obliged to pay to Ištar of Uruk all the dates that grow there, according to Eanna’s assessment. For the work he performs, he will receive the sissinnu-remuneration in the amount that neighboring (gardeners) receive. He will pay the share in the harvest (šibšu) for the part of the land where he cultivates barley.

Dialogue contract; lease of a palm grove to Nabû-šumu-iddin/Nanāya-ēreš//Kidin-Marduk. He asks Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-apli//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, to grant him agricultural land, part of which is fit for young palm trees, near the Ḫarri-Kippi canal, which had been previously been leased to his father  as a bīt ritti.
