Depositions regarding the disappearance of barley. Ibni-Ištar/Laqīpu, a farmer (ikkaru), states that it was neither given to Eanna, nor issued as seed. Arrabi/Nabû-aḫu-ēreš confirms this by swearing on the iron dagger (patru parzillu) of the lady of Uruk, specifying that the barley belonged to Bāniya, a man of Nippur, Erība/Na’id-Marduk, Sîn-aḫu-uṣur/Barāki-ili, Šamaš-bārâka/Nabû-zēru-ukīn, Būnīya, a farmer (ikkaru), and that it was not given to PN/Iddin-Nanāya. Kalbāya/PN says to Nergal-īpuš, rent farmer, that he gave 150 kurru from Nabû-bān-aḫu and Ištar-zēru-iddin’s farm. Nabû-aḫu-iddin/Ḫarraṣu says he gave 100 kurru as bird food, measured by Bāniya/Bulluṭu in Bīt-bārû.
