Before the freemen (mār banî) Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, appealed (il-tas-su*) from the 6^th until the 9^th day of m.III to Nergal-īpuš (NI), rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti), to assign (kullumu) a sector (mišḫu) at the canal (tp)Šalla^? (nār šal^(?)-la) that he is digging to Kalbāya (K), rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of the Lady of Uruk, so that he can dig a third of it as he wishes (a-ki*-i ṣibitti). K confirms in the assembly (puḫru) to NI that he will undertake the work.

Minutes of a court proceeding in Āl Bît-Kuzba-ili. Nidinti-Bēl//Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nergal-īpuš, rent farmer (ša muhhi šūti), had come to the village (6 to 9-III) to resolve a local conflict between farmers. It was judged in the presence of Silim-ili, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and overseer of the royal cashbox in Eanna (ša muḫḫi quppi ša šarri ina Eanna), that Iqīša-zēri work had caused the Harri-canal to flood and Kalbāya, rent farmer (ša muhhi šūti) of Uruk, confirmed to Bēl-īpuš, rent farmer (ša muhhi šūti), that he had measured and taken his agricultural produce, a third (of the yield).
