Paraphrase | Note regarding the organisation of plough-teams. Undated. The tablet concerns 4 teams of men in charge (ina muhhi) of ploughs (epinnu) (i.e. ploughing teams), each comprised of a father and his 3 sons. All men are external labourers hired by the temple for agricultural work (ikkaru). They are represented by A, who is also the head of his own team (no. 3). team 1: B1, B2, and B3, in total 3 sons of C1; team 2: 3 sons of C2; team 3: 3 sons of A. Additionally, team 4: C3 and his 3 sons from Šapīa are also with them. A will receive (mahāru, Pres.)* the money (for their salaries).
* Since the verb mahāru is in the Pres. form (rather than Pret. or Stat.), it does not refer to any past action and this tablet is therefore categorized under Inventories rather than under Records of Transfer.
A= Bēl-erība/Iddināya; B1= Lâbâši/Balāssu, ploughman (ikkaru), brother of A2 and A3; B2= Nanāya-uṣalli/Balāssu, ploughman (ikkaru), brother of A1 and A3; B3= Iddin-Nabû/Balāssu, ploughman (ikkaru), brother of A1 and A2; C1= Balāssu, father of B1-3; C2= Bēl-[x]; C3= Ibni-Ištar.
