Paraphrase

The tablet lays out the obligation of A to deliver male lambs (kalūmu) to the temple.

B brought forth (abāku, Pret.) A, the sheep and goats herdsman (nāqidu ša ṣēnu) under his responsibility (ša qātē), to stand (ušuzzu) in front (ina pāni) of C1, the temple administrator (šatammu), and C2, the royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna.

B then made A state (umma, no verb) that he will bring in and deliver (abāku nadānu) sheep and goats for the daily offerings (sattukku) of the Lady-of-Uruk.

Accordingly, from (ultu) the 14th of Ulūl (VI), the day on which the tablet was written, A will bring in [x+]6 male lambs from the temple’s sheep from the shearing (ina muhhi gizzu), and give them for the offerings.

A guarantees (pūtu našû) against any interruptions (baṭlu) in the offerings of the sacrificial sheep and goats (ṣēnu sattukku).

The tablet was written in the presence (ina ušuzzu) of C1, the temple administrator (šatammu), and C2, the royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna. Witnesses (mukinnu): D1, D2, and D3 the courtier (ša rēši). Scribe (ṭupšarru): E.
