Receipt for dates from impost payments.

The tablet first lists the 6 freemen (mār banê), D1–6, in whose presence (ina pāni) the transfer of dates was made before laying out the actual operative section.

A, the canal inspector (gugallu) of the “thousand”-field complex (līmu) of the Lady-of-Uruk in Ḫarru-ša-Nadnāya, measures (mašāhu) and delivers (nadānu) 65;4.1 kor of dates to B1 and B2, the harbour masters (rab kāre) of the Lady-of-Uruk. He received the dates as impost (imittu) for the plot (eqlu) of C in C’s house (or estate).
