Paraphrase

The document records that A, a blacksmith (nappāh parzilli) delivered (nadānu, Perf.) 3 mina of finished (gamru) iron (parzillu) work (dullu): 11 shovels (marru)*, 2 iron handcuffs (iṣ qātī) and 1 bowl (kallu)** (to the Ebabbar temple). The iron handcuffs (iṣ qātī) were then transferred (nadānu, wr. sum.na) by the temple to (ana) B, the chief of the bow land (rab qašti).

(*)Lines 1(end)-2: dul-lu ┌gam┐-[mar] / 11 mar.  Differently, Joannès at www.achemenet.com reads: dul-lu {gam?-x} / gam!-mar.
(**)For the meaning of kallu "ring" see Bongenaar 1997, 381. Differently, CAD K, 83: wooden or clay bowl; bronze or iron implement. However, note that our text is not cited here, but under CAD E, 110 s.v. elu (a metal object).

A= Rēmūtu (Bongenaar 1997, 380f.); B= Nabû-zēru-ibni(/Šamaš-iddin) (Bongenaar 1997, 132)
