Concerning the witnessing of a prospective prebend sale: In case A passes on (by sale or lease) the prebend in the shrine of Bēl-āliya-ša-Šarbānu for ½ qa of bread, ½ qa of beer, ¼ share in the harmil-joints of oxen and a share in the offerings on the meal table (paššūru) C shall be present (ašābu) as witness. This prebend belonged to C who had adopted A and to whom he bequeathed all his assets in town and country. 4 witnesses, including the brother-in-law of A (Nabû-tabni-uṣur/Balāṭu//Egibi), and the scribe (Idin-Nabû/Šūzubu//Kānik-bābi).
