In the first year A1 will give 2 ½ shekels of silver the newly cleared land (taptû) and A2 will give 4 shekels of silver. Broken clause about dues paid for 1 square kor land according to the neighbours within 4 years. The one who transgresses (nabalkutu) will return 1 mina of silver.  3 witnesses and the writer of the tablet (šāṭir u’ilti).
