- Lease of a storeroom: Beginning with the next day, A rents out to B the north wing (bīt ištāni) of a house for the rent (idū) of 6 shekels of silver per year. B shall pay 3 shekels at the beginning of the year and the other 3 shekels at the end of the year. A has access (nērebu) to the east wing (bīt šadî) where a female slave (qallatu) of his dwells. B will repair (batqu ṣabātu) the house and renew the roof (ūru šanû). 3 witnesses and the scribe.
