Lease contract for two houses. The house in the north (ištānu) of Nabû-šumu-iškun/Puhhuru//Bel-ilūtu-bāni (NŠI) is at the disposal of Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin/Bēl-aḫḫē-erība (NAI) for 6 shekels of silver per year from Nbk.13.V.18 onwards. NAI will pay 3 shekels at the beginning of the year and 3 shekels of silver at the end of the year.
In the house in the South lives (ašābu) a slave of NŠI and NŠI will enter it.
He will do repairs on the house. He will plaster over the roof.
3 witnesses and the scribe Marduk-šumu-libši/Aplāya//Ur-Nanna

Lease of a storeroom: Beginning with the next day, A rents out to B the north wing (bīt ištāni) of a house for the rent (idū) of 6 shekels of silver per year. B shall pay 3 shekels at the beginning of the year and the other 3 shekels at the end of the year. A has access (nērebu) to the east wing (bīt šadî) where a female slave (qallatu) of his dwells. B will repair (batqu ṣabātu) the house and renew the roof (ūru šanû). 3 witnesses and the scribe.
