Lease of a house: Beginning with the 1st of Abu (V), fB will dwell in the house of A for the period of one year (ṭuppi) for the rent (idū) of 2 ½ shekels of silver to be paid on a monthly basis. fB will take care of the repair (batqu ṣabātu) of the walls (asurrû) and the renewing of the roof (ūru šanû). She will charge (manû) A with the expenses for the repair works and the renovation. 2 witnesses and the scribe.
