Mušēzib-Marduk/Kiribtu//Sîn-nāṣir purchases a grove from Itti-Marduk-balāṭu/Ibnāya//Ṭābia (IMB). 

The 1/6th-inheritance share (zittu) in a field belonged to Ibnāya/Aḫḫēa//Ṭābia, father of IMB, who had received it from Aḫḫēa/Aplāya//Ṭābia, grandfather of IMB. Afterwards, IMB held it jointly with his cousins, Nabû-[...]/[...]āya//Ṭābia and Nabû-ušallim//Ṭābia.

The field is located in the meadowland (ugāru) of Uruk. It is adjacent to the (tp)Royal Canal (nār šarri) and the properties of Kudurru//Nabû-nāˀid, Nādinu/Ērešu and Pirˀu/Bēl-useppi.

3 minas and 50 shekels of white silver (kaspu peṣû) in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as the purchase price. It is received with (adi) a supplementary payment of 5 shekels. IMB relinquishes any future claims in the name of his family.

11 witnesses, including the Aqara/[...]//[...]-MU, City Priest (šangû).

The document includes the clause concerning fingernail impressions of IMB, and the tablet is marked with them.

Purchase of a garden: A purchases an orchard (kirû) for 3 minas and 50 shekels of white silver (kaspu peṣû) in pieces (šibirtu), together with an additional payment (atru) of 15 shekels of silver, from B. The sold orchard is the 1/6 (inheritance) share (zittu) which B₂, the father of the seller, received from B₃, the grandfather of the seller. It is located in the meadowland (ugāru) of Uruk. Its upper side, its lower side and its upper front border on (the properties of) C₁, C₂ and C₃. Its lower front border on the royal canal (nār šarri). Neither cardinal directions nor measures are given for the sides of the plot. 11 witnesses and the scribe. Fingernail impression (ṣupru) of B₁. In YBC11413 we learn about two other 1/6 shares of the inheritance of Ahhēa.
