The renter will build an entire (new) reed hut (huṣṣu haṣāṣu), repair its solid beams (gušūru), set doors into all the doorways and place something else (wr. A SI RI, unclear). B will pay 8 shekels of silver for each year, inclusive of […].It is agreed that half of the silver should be paid at the beginning of the year, and the remainder in the middle.
