Paraphrase: House rental.
A rents his house located on the field in the hallat-garden (kirû hallat) of the temple of Bēl to B, C’s slave (qallu), for 13 years. The renter will build an entire (new) reed hut (huṣṣu haṣāṣu), repair its solid beams (gušūru), set doors into all the doorways and place something else (wr. A SI RI, unclear). B will pay 8 shekels of silver for each year, inclusive of […].It is agreed that half of the silver should be paid at the beginning of the year, and the remainder in the middle. On the lower edge of the tablet the month Kislīm (IX) is mentioned, but in a broken context. Names of 2 witnesses and the scribe. This contract will be extended, as recorded in BM36432.
