Paraphrase: Retroact of a purchase of a date garden: In Kandalānu 9^th year A purchases a date garden for ½ mina and 3 shekels of silver from B who, on his part, has previously purchased the garden from ^fC₂ and her two sons C₃ and C₄ in Šamaš-šumu-ukīn 20^th year. It is the inheritance share (zittu) of C₁, deceased husband of ^fC2, and C₂, brother of C₁. The garden is located in the meadowland (ugāru) of Dūru-ša-Šulāya, in the district (pīhatu) Al-Kaldu, at the Balāssu Canal (Nāru-ša-Balāssu). It borders on land which A received from D. 8 witnesses and the scribe.
