B owes 22;0.0.0 kor of dates and 6 shekels of silver to A, to be delivered in one payment on the 10th of Ṭebēt (X). Delivery is due on the creditor's plot of land (or: house) (bītu) in Šahrinu. In addition, there are earlier promissory notes. The debtor's field (eqlu) in Bīt-ṭāb-Bēl and house at the Borsippa canal which were pledged to the creditor (maškānu ṣabātu), remain pledged.
