Paraphrase | Summons to settle debts with the head of the Egibi family. This document and BM33962 are near duplicates. Until the 10th of Šabāṭ (XI) of the 20th year of Darius, can B bring evidence on whatever he has paid off (eṭēru) of the debts (u'iltu) of silver, barley, dates and cattle which he owes to A2, slave of A1, and he will show it to his creditor's master (našû-kalāmu). If on the 15th of Šabāṭ (XI) he has not yet done as agreed he will have to pay (eṭēru) silver to his creditor's master according to what they agreed upon (aki) in their promissory notes (u'iltu).
